1. Learning to Change: One's Perspective, Actions, and Behavior:

Becoming an agent of change is not a given, because working toward "development" is an eminently cultural issue: the belief in infinite growth and ignorance of the limits of the planet and humanity are hard to break. Public information and awareness are not enough to lead to a complete change in behavior; at best, they allow for the acquisition of basic reflexes. It is through the education of our perspectives that we develop our perception of the world, which in turn generates ways of acting on it.

2. Planning/Love: Being an actor in development also means planning and animating our living space:

Planning our living space by working for the development of our country and becoming an active citizen.

Animating our living space by sharing our knowledge and expertise, participating in solidarity initiatives, integrating into public affairs, and promoting our culture.

3- Taking Action: Being an actor in our daily lives:

Getting involved in community work helps us share our expertise through "social engagement." "Being an actor in development" is therefore already a way to become a responsible resident of one's living space and to influence community policies...

And subsequently to become an actor in community life and to share one's expertise to develop and enliven one's living space...

While the term "development" is for many a vague and impractical notion, it takes on a very special meaning in our projects: more than a simple concept, for us it is synonymous with a state of mind, a desire. In our opinion, the best way to "do" development is to put its principles into practice through actions, even on a small scale. It is only through actions that development takes on its full significance.
